EnrollJeffco opens Tuesday, December 10

It's time to EnrollJeffco!


Enrollment time is here! Just as we did last year, we ask all Jeffco families to use our online enrollment system, EnrollJeffco, to indicate where their student(s) will attend school for the 2020 - 21 school year.

Step 1: Log in to Enroll Jeffco

To enroll your child for the 2020 - 21 school year, you will need to log in to the EnrollJeffco system using your Jeffco Connect username and password. For convenience, the district emailed all families with current Jeffco Connect accounts on December 10 with family-specific information.

If you have a new student who will be starting school for the first time next year, first, add them to your current Jeffco Connect account. You may do so by logging in to Jeffco Connect and clicking the “add a new student” button at the top and then completing the student set-up process.

If you need assistance with Jeffco Connect, contact the front office at your current school.


Step 2: Enroll or Apply – NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15
Follow the prompts in the EnrollJeffco system to let us know your student’s plans for next year. You may immediately enroll in your current or anticipated school OR apply to attend one or more choice schools. If you need help finding a school or specific program, please use Jeffco’s online School Finder.

Please note – your student will only lose their spot at their current/anticipated school when/if you accept an enrollment offer from another school. You do not need to apply to your current/anticipated school to keep this guarantee.

Step 3 (only for choice applicants): Accept or Decline Enrollment Offer(s)
If you are applying to one or more choice schools (meaning – schools to which your student is not guaranteed enrollment), you will be notified at the end of January with the results of your choice application(s). All notifications will be emailed to the email address you enter into the EnrollJeffco system.

If there is space available for your student, you will receive an enrollment offer from the school. At that time, you will have three (3) calendar days to either accept or decline the offer using your computer or smartphone. When/if you accept an offer to one school, all pending offers from other schools will be automatically declined on your student’s behalf.

If there is not space available for your student, you will receive a notification from the school, including information about your student’s placement on the waitlist. Your student will stay on the waitlist until they receive an offer for enrollment OR you remove them from the waitlist via the EnrollJeffco system.

EnrollJeffco will be open from Tuesday, December 10 through midnight on Wednesday, January 15.

You may use the system any time during this window. Please contact your current school with any questions or concerns and the registrar or enrollment secretary will be happy to assist.

Second Round enrollment opens on Tuesday, January 21 and runs until August 31.
